Friends of the NRA,

Anchor Point Gun Range, Master

My background is solid, middle-class American.  Father of three and Grandfather of two.

I have three brothers and three sisters.  My father served in the U.S. Army for 27 years and my mother was a homemaker. My siblings are successful professionals, consisting of a Physician Assistant, a Construction Company owner, a Sales Rep, a business owner, a Teacher and a Lawyer. One of my siblings served in the U.S. Air Force and another served as U.S. Army Jag.  Our parents taught us the value of a dollar and how hard every person had to work for it.  I want to make sure you keep more of it.

I joined the U.S. Navy after graduating from Bartlett, Anchorage Alaska and worked on my college degree while serving. The Navy taught me skills for which I am forever grateful, and also taught me that I can succeed at anything if I work hard enough. During my years of service to our country, I never lost a life.  I still have a strong desire to protect the people, Constitution, and our laws.

When I enlisted, I took an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States. Once I retired I gave up my uniform but did not give up my oath to support and defend the Constitution.

When I have the time I enjoy playing the guitar, working out, hunting, fishing, and practicing  Martial Arts.

First and foremost I am a Patriot, not a Politician!  I know what it means to serve our country.  I believe I am fully qualified to now serve as your United States Representative for all Alaska.  The foundation of this nation was built upon the ideas and actions of landowners, merchants, inventors, farmers, lawyers and Doctors .  They were not professional politicians. I am here to fight for the people of Alaska, and the Constitution of this great nation.  The position as your Representative was not meant to be a career but a civic duty.

I hope you will support my efforts to become Alaska next U.S. Representative.  Please feel free to contact me if you would like more information on my perspective, background or where I stand on issues facing our Nation.
